What the site is
The site is an information service that helps cruise passengers find and compare shore excursions. We aren't a tour operator, travel agent, or cruise line, and we don't sell, run, or guarantee any tour.
Getting back to your ship
Labels such as "shore excursion" come from our booking partners, and we don't verify them. Actual times depend on your ship, the tour, traffic, tenders, weather, and other factors we can't control. You are responsible for getting back to your ship on time. Always confirm tour times, meeting points, and your ship's all-aboard time before you book.
Bookings with third parties
Tours are booked on our booking partners' websites. Your booking, payment, cancellation, refund, and the tour itself are governed by the partner's and tour operator's terms. Tour details, prices, availability, and ratings come from those partners, may change at any time, and may not always be accurate.
Our content
Our port guides and site design belong to Blackbird Acquisitions, LLC. You may read and share links to them for personal use, but may not copy or republish them without permission. Tour information and images belong to their respective providers.
Tips you share
You can send us a tip for any port page. By sending one, you confirm it's your own experience in your own words, and you give Blackbird Acquisitions, LLC a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, permanent license to publish, edit for length and clarity, and display it, with the first name you give, on the site and in material promoting the site. You keep any rights you have in it.
We read every tip before publishing it and may decline, shorten, or later remove any tip for any reason. We don't publish links, advertising, or tips promoting a business you're connected with. Don't share anything false, unlawful, hateful, or someone else's private information or copyrighted text. Tips are other travelers' opinions, not ours, and we don't verify them; conditions in ports change, so always check before relying on one.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: for example, by scraping it, overloading it, attempting to break its security, or using it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that information on the site is accurate, complete, or current, or that the site will always be available.
Limitation of liability
